Welcome to Rediscover De North East. By booking a tour or using our website or services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received as per the specified payment schedule.

Payments can be made via our online platform, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.

All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified and may be subject to change due to external factors (e.g., fuel surcharges, government taxes).

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellation:

30+ days before tour: 80% refund

15–29 days before tour: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

Company Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Itinerary Changes
Rediscover De North East reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, operational issues, or safety concerns.

Every effort will be made to keep the changes minimal and to provide a similar alternative.

4. Responsibilities
Our Responsibility:
We curate and coordinate travel experiences to the best of our abilities, ensuring quality and safety in collaboration with local partners.

Your Responsibility:
You must carry valid government-issued ID and required permits (e.g., ILP for North East India), follow local laws, and adhere to guide instructions for safety.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. Rediscover De North East is not liable for any loss, injury, or expenses incurred during the trip.

6. Health and Fitness
You are responsible for assessing your physical and mental suitability for the tour. Some tours may involve trekking, long drives, or stays in remote areas with basic facilities.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided during tours (photos, videos, logos, text) are the intellectual property of Rediscover De North East and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Rediscover De North East shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, loss, injury, or theft.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati.
